Marketing pricing - answered.

What counts as a "contact"?
Any unique person in your database - by email, phone or external ID. Unsubscribed contacts don't count.
Do you charge per email?
No. Each plan includes a generous monthly email allowance; SMS/WhatsApp messages are billed at carrier cost.
Can I send transactional emails too?
Yes - transactional email is included with separate sending limits and a dedicated subdomain.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Free implementation help on Growth and above.
Do you integrate with my SMS / WhatsApp provider?
Yes - WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, Exotel, Karix, Gupshup and more.
